We want you to feel confident when purchasing Safety Sam.

If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The sensors must not have been installed or fitted to tyres
  • The product must be in original packaging
  • All included components must be returned

If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Defective Products

If your product is faulty, damaged or not functioning as intended, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may:

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance
  • Replace the faulty component
  • Replace the full system
  • Issue a refund where appropriate

Where a product is confirmed faulty, return shipping costs will be covered.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong item
  • An item damaged in transit

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve it promptly.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us via the Contact page and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Photos if relevant

We’ll respond with instructions for the next steps.

Please do not return items without contacting us first.

Refund Timeframes

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction
