We don’t believe in hidden costs at checkout. Whether you’re buying a single sensor or a full kit for your 4WD and caravan, shipping is on us. Every Safety Sam order is sent directly from our base on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. We aren't a faceless warehouse overseas; we’re locals who use these sensors on the same roads you do.

The Logistics

• Cost: $0.00. Always.
• Carrier: We ship exclusively with Australia Post for the most reliable coverage across the country.
• Dispatch: We aim to have your order packed and out the door within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).
• Tracking: As soon as your order is scanned at the post office, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow Sam’s journey to your door.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once it leaves the Sunny Coast, here’s a rough guide on when to keep an eye on the mailbox:

• Queensland: 2–4 business days.
• NSW, VIC, ACT: 3–6 business days.
• WA, NT, TAS & Regional: 6–10 business days.

We pack every order to survive the roughest mail van ride. If your package arrives looking a bit worse for wear, or if the tracking seems to have gone on its own holiday, just let us know.
