We built Safety Sam to handle the heat, the dust, and the long hauls of Australian driving. We trust our gear, and we want you to trust it, too.

Every Safety Sam sensor and kit comes with a 12-month replacement warranty from the date of purchase. If it’s a manufacturing fault or a technical glitch, we’ll make it right.

What’s Covered?

Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes:

• Connection Issues: If the Bluetooth sensor won't talk to your phone.
• Accuracy: If the pressure or temperature readings are consistently off.
• Hardware Failure: If a sensor casing fails or stops functioning during your first year.

What’s Not Covered?

We’re reasonable people, but we can’t cover things that are out of Sam's control. This warranty doesn't apply to:

• Lost Sensors: Keep those anti-theft nuts tight!
• Accidental Damage: If you hit a rock at 80km/h and crush a sensor, that’s a "battle scar," not a warranty claim.
• Batteries: Like any remote or watch, the batteries will eventually need a swap (they’re standard CR1632s you can find at any supermarket).
• Normal Wear & Tear: Fading from the Aussie sun is normal, but it won't stop the sensor from working.

How to Make a Claim

If you think your Safety Sam has a "hiccup," don't stress. Since we’re based on the Sunshine Coast, you aren't dealing with an overseas call centre.

1. Email us: Send a quick note to support@safetysam.au.
2. Tell us what's up: Include your order number and a brief description (or a photo/video) of the issue.
3. The Fix: If it’s a confirmed fault, we’ll send out a replacement faster than a Friday afternoon on the M1.

Your Rights

Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We’re locals, we play by the rules, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
